Salient Features of our OEM License

• Flexible licensing models to fit your budgets and requirements.
  If you do not feel the need to license our entire set of charts, you can opt to distribute just the ones you need. Our OEM license allows you a lot of flexibility in choosing the chart types that you want to distribute. You can start with minimal number of charts and then keep on adding more charts later.
• Free evaluation distribution licenses for product demos.
  Once you've purchased an OEM license, you can freely use our Evaluation version in your product demos.
• Priority Access to product modification/customization services.
  As an OEM partner, you get preferential rates and priority access to the FusionCharts development team for any of your custom charting needs. So, you can now easily create that special chart which will make your application "look different" from your competitors.
• Free upgrades and support
  As an OEM partner, you get free minor and major version upgrades (depending the OEM scheme chosen). You also get priority support from our Support team.
   

OEM Licensing Options

• Scheme 1 - Royalty Payment
  In this scheme, you pay us the royalty fee for each license of FusionCharts sold as a part of your application. The royalty fee for each license of FusionCharts depends on your annual sales figures. Accounts are settled monthly or quarterly depending on the volume.
  
  This model is suitable for developers who want to invest very little initially, but want to pay once their product is up and selling. There is an annual usage and maintenance charge, which provides you free upgrades and support.
• Scheme 2 - Lump sum Payment
  In this model, you pay us the lump sum OEM licensing fees for FusionCharts upfront. Post that, you can sell FusionCharts as a part of your product to any number of your users (for that particular product). You do not need to report or pay for individual licenses sold of that product.
  
  If you do not feel the need to distribute the entire suite of charts, you can choose the chart types that you need.
  
  This model is suitable for ISVs, who want to integrate slick charting functionality in their apps. There is an annual usage and maintenance charge, which provides you free upgrades and support.
• Scheme 3 - Annual Payment
  In this model, you pay us a fixed fee per annum and then use FusionCharts as part of your applications. The fee depends on factors like number of products in which you intend to use FusionCharts and chart types that you wish to integrate. You do not need to report or pay for individual licenses sold of that product.
  
  The annual usage and maintenance charge, which provides you free upgrades and support, is included in the above fees in this model.
