What support do I get if I do not buy FusionCharts Subscription?
All of our licenses come with a minimum complimentary Priority Support & Upgrades Subscription of 1 month. Once that elapses, you can make use of our self-help options (Knowledge Base, Documentation and Community Forums) or you can write to our technical support team who will get back to you in our normal support turnaround time of 72 working hours.
I see that your products already come with subscription for one/six months. So when I buy the FusionCharts Subscription pack, am I getting an additional year of subscription?

For example, if you are buying an Enterprise Plus License of FusionCharts (on 15th August, 2011), you get 6 months of Support & Upgrades subscription as a part of it. Now when you purchase FusionCharts Subscription along with the license, you get an additional 12 months of subscription. This keeps you covered for 18 months i.e., 14th Feb 2013 when the next subscription becomes due.

How do you provide support for your products?
We provide technical support by email, phone, IM and screen sharing for all our products. Our office timings are Monday-Friday 9.30-7.30 PM IST (GMT + 5.30).
