Macros to effortlessly configure information to display

Use chart macros to dynamically configure chart elements. Annotations, tooltips, labels or chart captions - you name it! Control the perceptual load of charts by displaying as much or as little information as you want.

Tooltips macros let you configure tooltips dynamically. With macros your tooltips are now powerful and intelligent, automatically picking up chart data in real time.

Static Macros lets you position Annotations, and then update that annotation using data plot related events.

Below example draws a rectangle and positions using the macros $canvasStartY and $canvasEndX.

Dynamic macros help you locate position based on data points. The format of dynamic macros is $dataset.0.set.2.x (in the syntax $dataset.dataset_index.set.set_index.x, with base as 0) or $dataset.0.set.2.y (in the syntax $dataset.dataset_index.set.set_index.y, with base as 0)

Roll over an anchor in the chart to see dynamic macros in action.
