Some few months back I integrated the FusionCharts Free into a web based application that has been used by my company for 3 years to present certain data to the user in a graphical form.

My problem is now that some few weeks back a company called me to say they wanted to buy my application, but as the FusionChart Free is now part of the system, I just wanted to confirm If I can sell my application with the Fusion chart facility with it or not, just need to confirm this as I dont want to break any copyright or IPR law for the fusion chart manufacturer.

A website link of some sort that can provide me with info relating to this would be well appreciated.

You'll need to purchase a license of FusionCharts v3 to allow this. Under FusionCharts v3 license, you can use FusionCharts free too.
