before asking, let me introduce my self first.

my name is eddhie kurnianto, currently i'm working as an it staff in one of company in Indonesia. Currently my company want to have a standard graphics tools that used for representing data in management report for all of application platform.

there is 3 application platform in my company :

1. Microsoft

2. IBM Lotus Notes

3. SAP

and i'am assigned to research fusion chart products for SAP platform and for temporary the result is the fusion chart can be injected / attached in SAP. but in my research i also found that there is a bugs in Fusion Chart especially in graphic MSColumn3DLineDY. and i look in this forum especially in the bugs report session and i found there are still a lot of bugs in Fusion Chart Graphs.

i'm wondering now, if i suggest my company to buy this product and my company buy the licence, how the service and support that provided if bugs found ? how long the bugs can be solved ?

beside that, the fusion chart and other Fusion product is still developing, isn't it ? it means that there will be a newer version and perhaps newer graph or feature that offered. How the service and support for the newer version will be provided ?

i'm asking this question because the graphs will be used for the management reporting and i think high percentage that the problem occured will need to resolve in the short time.
