I downloaded the trial version and try to get the same page as
http://www.fusioncharts.com/Demos/JS/Index.html
from
FusionCharts_Evaluation/FusionCharts_Evaluation/Code/JavaScript/ClientSideData/Chart.html
But the local copy one does not show any chart even I click on the check box. Anything I am missing here?

You need to run the files from a server, as local filesystem disallows JS within Flash.
