There is a problem with Y-data labels.
In Attachment In yellow rectangle I select area where there are twice the same labels.

defaultNumberScale='s' numberScaleValue='60,60' numberScaleUnit='m. , hr' yAxisMaxValue='3600' setAdaptiveYMin='1' decimals='0'>
