I've been looking through documentation and examples while evaluating FC for potential use... I haven't yet seen if a given behavior is possible. We'd like to be able to create a selection box on a graph that would automatically redraw the graph zoomed into that section of the graph. An example of what I mean using flot is here : http://people.iola.dk/olau/flot/examples/zooming.html

I'm seeing ways to link data points or link the entire graph to a separate url or js function... that isn't really what I'm after. Does this product provide the select-zoom functionality to redraw the graph in place?

Hi,

I'm afraid we do not have an exact chart. But, you can use the select scatter chart from our PowerCharts along with some JavaScript to create a similar effect. An example of that chart is http://www.fusioncharts.com/Demos/ScatterReturn/Default.html

Thanks,

This is something that we would really like to see as well. We have been evaluating FusionCharts and looking into purchasing PowerCharts, but dynamic zooming is something we really are looking for.

Hopefully this can be accomplished soon. We use MRTG, a network use graphing program, it is very basic in function, but surprisingly has the ability to zoom into an area of the graph and it will redraw.

Regards,

Mike
