﻿<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?><rss version="2.0" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/"><channel><title>FusionCharts Forum / PowerCharts v3 / Using PowerCharts  / Horizontal Drag in Drag-able Column 2D Chart / Latest Posts</title><generator>InstantForum.NET v4.1.4</generator><description>FusionCharts Forum</description><link>http://www.fusioncharts.com/forum/</link><webMaster>support@fusioncharts.com</webMaster><lastBuildDate>Wed, 07 Jan 2009 16:26:03 GMT</lastBuildDate><ttl>20</ttl><item><title>Horizontal Drag in Drag-able Column 2D Chart</title><link>http://www.fusioncharts.com/forum/Topic5927-23-1.aspx</link><description>&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT color=#000000 size=3 face="Times New Roman"&gt;I am using 24 columns in the Drag-able Column 2D Power Chart to represent temperatures throughout the day.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;  &lt;/SPAN&gt;For example from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM all columns have value 18, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 15, and from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM 20.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;  &lt;/SPAN&gt;The three ranges described are interpreted as three periods, sleep, away, and home, respectively with different desired temperatures for each.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;  &lt;/SPAN&gt;The user is able to adjust columns up or down and therefore adjust the desired temperature for any given hour.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;FONT color=#000000 size=3 face="Times New Roman"&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT color=#000000 size=3 face="Times New Roman"&gt;My questions are as follow:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;FONT color=#000000 size=3 face="Times New Roman"&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL style="MARGIN-TOP: 0in" type=1&gt;&lt;LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT color=#000000 size=3 face="Times New Roman"&gt;Is there a way to adjust the entire period, so all the columns from say 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, by dragging any of them?&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;  &lt;/SPAN&gt;It doesn’t make sense to just adjust one column in this scenario.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT color=#000000 size=3 face="Times New Roman"&gt;Is there a way to drag a column horizontally?&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;  &lt;/SPAN&gt;This would in essence extend the period.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;FONT color=#000000 size=3 face="Times New Roman"&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT color=#000000 size=3 face="Times New Roman"&gt;The idea is that this would give a user a very simple way of adjusting the desired temperature for any given period as well as adjusting the lengths of periods.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT color=#000000 size=3 face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT color=#000000 size=3 face="Times New Roman"&gt;Thanks&lt;/FONT&gt;</description><pubDate>Thu, 24 Apr 2008 16:23:04 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>kape</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
