Hi,
i'm brand new with fusionchart. I'm displaying charts on my html page. It's ok when I check the page with IE, but when I'm on my mac and check it with safari or firefox, I get the error loading data error. Why is that ?
Any idea ? I'm guessing it's a path problem,...

Hi,
Can you switch the debug mode of chart to on - that'll give you some helpful insights?
Thanks, Pallav Nadhani FusionCharts Team

For once, just replace the Free version chart with v3 evaluation, switch the debug mode on, fix the problem and switch back to Free version

| Hi there, I seem to have a similar problem. I believe the version I have is 2.3. Here is the File I am using. AF_FC2_2_StckdColumn2D.swf I think the problem is with the Data URL. <PARAM NAME="FlashVars" VALUE="&dataURL=http://MyCompany.com/internet/mydatabase.nsf/LSBDXChartData.xml?OpenPage&chartWidth=550&chartHeight=280"> It's works great for IE, but doesn't work with Firefox, Safari or Netscape. Suggestions? Thanks, Tom
