hi,
I am afraid v3 pack has no PHP API as of now. But you can always use the existing vFREE API with v3 chrts with minor changes like changing the chart swf names.

Why is there not an API for the Full version?
I'm about to get the developer version and would love an API for my programmer, make things easier and save time.
