  1. I would like to purchase FusionCharts but I cannot make the purchase online. What other methods of payment do you have?

    We offer offline modes of payment as well such as bank wire, PO and checks. Contact Sales with details of the license you want to purchase and they will process the order for you.

  2. How long does it take you to send the activation keys after I have made the purchase?

    Our products are pre-activated and do not require a a key. As soon as you make the purchase, you will get the link to download the software and you can start working with it.

  3. Does the licensing fee depend on the number of users who might be viewing the chart?

    The licensing fee is completely independent of the number of people who view the charts.

  4. I develop websites and applications for my clients. Whose name should I purchase the license in?

    For any work done for your client, a suitable license will have to be bought in your client's name. The personal license can NOT be used for any client work.

  5. Is the licensing fees per year, or one-time?

    For Personal, Website, Intranet, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus license, it's a one-time fee that gives you a perpetual license. However, the FusionCharts Priority Support & Upgrades Subscription for all the licenses is an annual fee which is optional.

    For SaaS and RDL licenses, it depends on what model you choose.

  6. I need to submit a quote to our purchasing department to process the purchase. Can you send me one?

    Sure. Please contact sales with your name, company, company address and details of the license you would to purchase and we will instantly send you a quote.

  7. We are a government organization/educational institution/NGO and would like to purchase your product(s). Do you have special pricing for us?

    Yes we do. We offer 10% discount to governments and 30% (15% in case of bundles, though, as they are pre-discounted) to educational institutions and NGOs. Please contact sales to avail the special pricing.

  8. I have a website which is free for everyone to use but serves ads. Does that qualify as non-commercial for you?

    Yes, as long as the website does not charge a subscription fee for its usage, it is non-commercial for us.

  9. I have a website with multiple sub-domains where I would like to use your products. Everything on the website is free and can be viewed by anyone. Can I use the Website License for this?

    Yes, as long as everything on the website is free, you can use our products on multiple sub-domains of your website with the Website License.

  10. I am a blogger/MVP and would like to review your products. Can I get an NFR license?

    Yes, please contact sales with your blog URL/MVP Profile and request your NFR license.

  11. I've an older version of FusionCharts and would like to upgrade to the latest. How can I get the same?

    You can log into www.fusioncharts.com/PUC and get your upgrades.

  12. How do you provide support for your products?

    We provide technical support by email and phone for all our products. Our office timings are Monday-Friday 9.30-7.30PM IST (GMT + 5.30).
