Chart Loading Config
In FusionCharts, it is possible to display a message for the viewer right before a chart loads. You can display a message when the chart is about to load, to let the viewer know everything is running as intended. You can also warn viewers if there is some problem with loading the chart data, a mismatch between the data and the chart type, or even if there is some issue with the data itself. You can display text or an image to convey this message to the viewer.
Data Load Message Configuration
In FusionCharts, you can configure a message to be displayed right before the chart gets loaded. You can either display a text string of your choice, or an image.
Let us suppose you are building a chart plotting the Support Tickets (Received vs Resolved) by a company. You can configure a message like “'Please wait, chart is loading the data....'”, to be displayed while the chart fetches data from the source. You can also provide a link to an external image instead, which would be displayed while the data is fetched. If you provide radio buttons for the two types of messages at the bottom of the chart, then the viewer would be able to switch between the two types of messages with a single click.
